Article in Gut Microbiota for Health – “Fecal bacterial protease activity may indicate progression to ulcerative colitis”
In a collaboration between Farncombe Institute, McMaster University, and the GEM Project researchers looked at the fecal microbiota composition and activity levels of protein breakdown in GEM subjects who developed Ulcerative Colitis and their healthy matched controls.
